CB Goliath support

Hi! :-) Before you contact us, please do the following:

a) read the CB Goliath knowledgebase.

b) watch the CB Goliath demo video to see how to use the plugin.

c) Make sure you have the latest version of the plugin. Please go under "plugins", find "CB Goliath " and click the "update automatically" link. If you can't see this link, then click the "check for updates" link. If you can't even see a "check for updates" link, then it means you have a very old version of the plugin.

d) If you get an AJAX error or a blank screen, it's usually because another plugin in your blog is creating a javascript error. Please try running CB Goliath with the other plugins disabled to make sure the issue isn't caused by another plugin.

If the issue persists, please open a support ticket and select the "CB Goliath" category from the drop-down menu. Let us know:

1) What issue you are facing

2) If the plugin isn't working in your blog for some reason, we will need to login ourselves and have a look. Please provide your blog's login URL, username and password, in the following format:



3) If a post created by CB Goliath doesn't appear properly, please send us the URL of that specific post.
